Our Return & Refund Policy
Every item in our store is custom-made to order just for you. Because these products are uniquely printed upon purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer ordering errors, incorrect size selections, or changes of mind.
We highly recommend reviewing our detailed sizing charts located in the product images before completing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives misprinted, physically damaged, or structurally defective, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to ship the item back.
To claim a replacement or refund for a defective item:
  1. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Provide your order number and your account email address.
  3. Attach clear, well-lit photos showing the full item, the defect or damage, and the package label.
Once we verify the defect with our printing partner, we will immediately initiate your replacement or process a refund back to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Because our automated system transmits orders instantly to production, cancellations or changes to an order can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.
